Djuglata rock formation is located near the railway station of the village of Tserovo, 6 km north of Svoge. This amazing natural phenomenon, formed by Dolomitrian red-and-white quartz sandstones, about 250 million years old, is 18 meters tall and resembles a sponge. Some people even compare it to a human head. Djuglata was declared a landmark in 1964.
