The house offers five self-contained apartments with their own entrance, which have separate bedrooms, a living room with a set of sofas and a TV set, a kitchenette for preparing food, a bathroom and a toilet. From all apartments there is an incredible view of the rocky mountains as well as the courtyard of the house where the pool is built. There is also a spacious summer kitchen with a barbecue, a kitchen area and plenty of space for big company gatherings. Below the summer kitchen, there is a cozy tavern with fireplace for the winter months.

The area around the village of Tserovo is exceptionally picturesque and suitable for active recreation – walking along eco-trails, which include several magnificent waterfalls, rock climbing of the Lakatnitsi rocks – the cradle of Bulgarian mountaineering, visiting monasteries (Cherepishki and Seven Altars), rafting or fishing in the Iskar River.
