The house is located in the village of Zasele, near the town of Svoge. The village has long been known to the connoisseurs of nature and beauty. Here, among the beech forests and the green lawns, which are perched on the edge of a steep cliff where the waters of the Skaklya waterfall descend, the foliage of the western Stara Planina stretches before the eyes of the visitor. Lakata Guest House has 12 rooms, 10 of them with king-size beds and 2 rooms with single beds. Three of the bedrooms have sofas with mechanism (for a family with children).
